It all starts with establishing the "vibe" and ultimate feeling that the project needs to embody, all the while making sure the financial underpinnings of the Pro Forma are secured.  We then develop and design all elements in 3D CAD space with photo real visualizations and animations.  Once this vision is established, the real work begins: interfacing with project architects, superintendents, the different contracted vendors, and ultimately making sure the vision remains intact throughout the VE process and the "boots on the ground" realities of construction.
